Manage contacts and leads so that agents can consult and update them.

Access

Sidebar -> Contacts Path: /app//contacts

Roles

  • owner, admin, agent

Create contact (Add Contact)

Step by step:
  1. Press Add Contact.
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Press Create Contact.

Edit contact

  1. In the list, open the menu (three dots).
  2. Press Edit.
  3. Adjust fields and press Save Changes.

Archive contact

  1. In the list, open the menu.
  2. Press Archive.
  3. Confirm.

Search contacts

  • Use the search engine by name, email, phone or company.

Good practices

  • Maintain updated status (lead, active, customer).
  • Complete Phone and Email for quick contact.
